Past Month--Whirlwind.

May 12, 2017

Wow. It's been an insane past month here at Anchor Staging Co. Who knew that buying furniture and moving furniture could be so tiresome?? Just kidding. However, good thing is--it's Friday and it's time to relax...well maybe...

We are so thankful for our friends and family who have shared, liked, commented, and followed all of our websites, social media pages, email accounts, etc. Without you...this past month wouldn't have been like it has been. We're so happy to have seen one of the property's that we staged, go LIVE on the MLS market today!

This lovely home in Wessex listed by Victor Ahdieh at Savvy and Company has hit the market for $350,000. We know it'll go fast because it's absolutely gorgeous.

We worked alongside Kate Livingston and Susan Plunkett, owners of Restyled Spaces Charlotte, who helped utilize the owners current furniture, while we brought in larger furniture pieces and accessories. It was great working alongside another stager because our two styles were able to merge and make this home really come together. We went with a more neutral color palette as the parkay wood floors were beautiful and having brighter colors would have drawn away from them. We fell in love with this piece of artwork with gold foiling and really worked around that.

We had been putting place settings on the dining room tables--however, we realized that without them, the room looks less cluttered and completely opens it up. We're so happy with how this home turned out from where it originally started.

Check out a few other photos below of this project. Can't wait to do the next one!
